They have accused me of endangering their child because of a poorly functioning AC unit, the cause of which was from them failing to change the filters for 45 days. 

We would like to purchase a property in Illinois (where we currently live) to either flip or buy & hold--undecided at this time.

We just had our third child and if that isn't a strong "Why factor" I don't know what is.

And Memphis frankly being a poster child for turn key with all the high profile turn key companies there.is that TK is a savior for these cities.

Personally, I'd get a full time job so you can at least get benefits for the wife/child.

As for the mortgage lending, I have commercial properties and asked my lender about creating a Series LLC and since he wasn't too familiar with the concept he wasn't comfortable lending to any child LLC under the series.  

Just one wall was bad due to their child marking it up with a pen but I was not concerned as I knew I could fix that easily.

@Austin Fruechting  and it would be great for the audience here to talk about how you got that banking relationship.I will take a stab1. great credit, No BK's no child support  show's responsible borrowing if any.2. great jobs with provable income to support the debt you were taking on. 3. meaningful time with your contact probably lunch's probably took him to your props and walked him through showed him first hand what your doing. 4.

The government takes a part of my check for child support.
