I'm afraid they are overpaying in the first place, underestimating their repair costs and overestimating the ARV.I'm afraid they have been sold a dream by a guru or a TV show and are not running the numbers, and not leaving contingencies in their plans.I think what you've done is awesome.Thank you.

If you have them you can trap them with some education.Not sure how much a professional treatment costs but the big boys that advertise on TV are very very expensive.

I recently did some "biking for dollars" over the weekend (it was actually a leisure bike ride that just turned into a home search)I found the easiest way was just to connect your iphone to your head piece and just use SIRI to make a note of addresses when you ride by.

My experience with attorneys is that don't venture into unfamiliar waters usually, if something feels like it's beyond their scope of expertise they will make a referral or point you in the right direction.I suggest you stay away from those that advertise on TV, really good attorneys don't need to advertise. :)

If you change the terms to 8% for 100 months the payment drops to $302.13.PS I am not a lawyer and don't play one on TV so check your local laws on this one.
