Find a lender that will tell you what you need to hear and NOT what you want to hear.

I find that in every group. 

Those agents who are helping their clients finding a tenant are easier to talk to and my become your advocate.Here is a huge exception.   

He is great with investors and can find deals that cash flow much easier, including some off market stuff.

So if he were to rent it out wouldn’t that show up on his taxes and say if the bank finds out and is okay with what would he do with it on the tax side of things would he report it as soon as it it’s in service or what would he do for tax purposes.
