Religious artifacts have been removed and the former owner institution allows it to be re-purposed obviously.I know some people transform fire stations or libraries or churches into their own home but they are usually driven by passion more than financial wisdom (no offense).

The USA does not stock the necessary transformers that the EMP attack would burn out.

On the other hand, many lenders will not loan mortgage money unless the title is cancelled, which legally transforms the mobile home into the same thing as a stick-built house.  

People's transformation gratifies me a lot more I think.So now I'm stuck on if I'm going to focus on an a real estate business that scales, do I need to get all these educational courses that will show me commercial planning/management/technical (ie: developer/builder) skills or focus in on a higher level?

@Justin German, I grew up in Astoria and it has been cool to watch it transform over the years.

New roof, remodeled both bathrooms, remodels kitchen, hardwood floors, complete remodel to the supposedly garage that was transformed to some ugly room and of course per city codes I have to transform it back to a garage.
