I have several hands on tasks that would require more than a virtual. 

I'm considering making an offer on a property that is listed as a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath as a long term buy and hold property to add to my portfolio. 

Both are almost set in stone.   

If you want to be an agent focus on that.

•The short-term rental market is competitive, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad investment.

I'm interested in finding deals within a 50 mile radius of WPB where I vacation every year and wondering who I can connect with on the side prior to my visit to see if my goals are realistic in the area. 

So, what are they worth?

A lot of investors are jumping to secondary lines of insurance coverage and the problem with those is that the companies are based in the Cayman Islands or the Bahamas a lot of the time, and it is suspect that they would actually pay out if the need arose unfortunately.   

Or one that can be easily adapted?

I currently have around 20k cash for a down payment and that is steadily increasing so I want to pull the trigger soon.I'm interested in Fort Wayne for a few reasons:- I have some family in the area (they won't be involved, but have some general knowledge of the area)- Decent schools- Low crime- Airport- Low pricesAny advice or connections are welcome as I am completely new to this.
