Perhaps, even call interviewers you sat with and ask if they could tell you what they believe your strengths and weaknesses are, and if they have any suggestions they could give you to break into that particular industry.

2) I like the idea of a small team that plays off of eachothers strengths and covers the weaknesses where you can get input from more experienced profesionals but  also I can think of a bunch of reasons why taking on parters silent or not could be stressfull to say the least.
