It's a very strange situation.

Strangely no one ever seemed astonished or asked how I tracked them down. 

Strangely enough those are considered like kind to an interest in real estate within some parameters and oil interests are cheap these days.

Myself and another young man were the only employees in the warehouse and the boss was very emotional and tended to get angry at strange times and for almost any reason.

Kinda strange considering his background.

That sounded strange to me but if they will allow it I will entertain it.

Very strange @Anthony Atyeo I owned a few units with HOA and they all, in their own difficult ways, provided their questionnaires, bylaws and financial books.

Most of them asked for the social security number, which I find very strange and don't like at all to give out.

I purchased three condos through seller financing last year, I first thought it was strange that I never received anything at the end of the year stating how much I paid to the seller.
