I thought he would try to pull something. he forged a check one time and said it had been stolen and cashed.

The heating system is missing/stolen.2.

The houses were vacant too long, they were vandalized and the copper was stolen out of several houses.

Also the check can be valid but stolen.  

So after 6 months, I had the property manager evict tenants, and they moved out...When I went to see home, (The home was Trashed, The furnace was stolen, and the water pipes Busted because no heat)  I took pics of home, but not the Trash...as I threw all trash in garage.I decided to cut my losses as this home was in South Bend, (Only one I had there), and I just sold the House As-Is for $6000 Cash...

I did have a water heater stolen from one of the trailers so I will be installing surveillance cameras this week.

I used to use window units, but they constantly got stolen.

Obviously, the ATV was stolen from (and later returned to) a house nearby.

We had a work crew that took care of repairs, but soon their vehicles were stolen, their tools as well, and our plumber was beaten and killed.  

I used to base my neighborhood grades on how fast an A/C would get stolen, but I may have to rethink that...
