They broke into the garage . . . and left what???

I got an email from my renters over the weekend saying someone broke into the garage. But instead of taking anything, they parked an ATV. 

Obviously, the ATV was stolen from (and later returned to) a house nearby. The damage was minimal, but I added locks to both doors, just to let them know that their "deposit" was no longer inside, and they should keep moving.

Could have been much worse! Fortunately, instead it's just a funny story to tell at parties. :)
