Hi, Jermaine here, I have always been a Durock guy, it is priced well and man is it quick after you work with it a couple times, I did look into the membrane products, my conclusion, stick to what works, so meed less to say I am still a Durock guy.

Sellers can have too high an opinion of their property.If enough people keep making low ball offers the seller will slowly come to the conclusion that the buyers are more accurate on the real value of the property.
