The fed has indicated they intend to raise rates up to 4 times in 2017, assuming no major shocks to the economy.

I live near the Old Fourth Ward and the changes near that area in the past couple of years were really shocking.@ Rush: Woow, that sounds exactly what I want, except the headaches .

That way, if you need to outsource the management down the road, your operations budget will not suffer any shock.
