So if you have the walls up and floor in, you may have to pull sections of flooring and drywall to expose plumbing for inspection.

Section 8 rentals are a huge opportunity in the area, and medical students/employees at the nearby hospitals are a great pool of potential tenants as well.

Just listened to an interesting episode of the Bigger Pockets podcast with @josepha and it got me thinking about investing in a section 8 rental properties in more expensive markets, particularly my hometown Los Angeles.

Tenant is saying sections of the floor are popping up and stuff getting stuck between them.

Nearly as big a gift as section 121 exemption.
