@Andre I.I don’t know what practice test you are using, but in my case, while generally similar, I had some questions that I never seen before during the official test.As a whole I believed that the test was easy, but also I was scoring much higher during the practice ones.When you reviewed your practice tests can you identify an area where you are weak and need some more learning or are you randomly missing some questions that you were passing before?

Ask your neighbor what kind of car the boyfriend drives and then do random drive bys at all hours and take pics of his car there; you should have enough evidence within a week that he is living/staying there more than elsewhere (or ask your neighbors to do it for you) make sure to get pics of his liscense plate.

To do that, offer them something:a- hang lock boxes on properties you're going to be rehabbingb- do other random errands at properties as you need themc- give you a 0% loan of XXX amountd- go hang 'we buy houses' signs for youe- bring you a deal and just ask for a small wholesale fee or no fee Then tell them all you want in return is to ask them a couple of questions and tag along from time to time while they're visiting properties that they're evaluating and/or rehabbing.
