Our first goal is to invest in a multi family and house hack for at least a year, probably using FHA loan if possible.What better way to really get involved and committed than having to actually live with/in my first investment.

I would love any and all advise, we are not 100% committed to anything yet except that this is where we are putting out investment dollars.

I consider myself a pretty motivated person and I love to be busy doing things but I just don't know the time commitment I'm making. 

I was not in that group mainly because of my work load and commitment on my full time job.

I do consider myself successful though, because I have made a commitment on a daily level to do whatever I have to do to make real estate investing a reality!

Either make her commit or put her on the street at the end of the month.

I know I could rent it for $500 over the mortgage, but I don't want to commit mortgage fraud obviously.  

And I could not do it without the faith and commitment of my banks and financial partners.
