Places like Los Angeles and Orange County are seeing big jumps in inventory, this is simply not happening in San Diego and other supporting cities.

I'm a Programmer/Analyst (working in Los Angeles) who will be retiring in October of 2018.

I currently own a complex in Los Angeles but that area is saturated and properties rarely cash flow for me to seek to expand here.

Besides dealing with the distributor sales manager here in the Los Angeles area who insinuates we are the cause of the problems by opening the service door to the washer doesn't sit well with us as we are not opening the service door....only his service reps have opened the service door.

If anyone in Los Angeles, California would like to meet and stay encouraged.

Hi everyone,I currently own 2 properties in London and now live in Los Angeles.After speaking to friends in Detroit they have really got me going on investigating in buying a house there to keep and sell later for profit.They are recommending Hamtramck now in late 2015 and they could take care of the house for me there.What's your take on the community.
