In addition, the statewide rules give a time limit for a jurisdiction providing a rejection (time line not applying at this time due to Corona) and sets side and rear setbacks at a very small amount (I believe it is 4').Basically the state is making it as easy as they can to add an ADU onto any residential property regardless of the local zoning.Well that's a nice exception to the stereotype about Californian zoning/permit regulations.

When agreeing to a lease you STRIKE OUT any leasing agent perpetuity clauses where they keep getting paid upon renewal.If it's a national tenant that is premium it is okay to pay the leasing commissions at the time of occupancy.
