I'm curious about your thoughts/recommendations here...I have a 2 bedroom unit with two tenants with declining health. 

Other than that we've had one divorce, one lost job, and one health issue.

Mold can be a health hazard.

Professional electricians, plumbers, HVAC,... are trained to handle repairs and brand new installations, and can be held accountable if they do sub-par work.It's a mental trick.

You have to rely on here say from your broker of record that the company is actually in good health. 

The health of the HOA too... which kind of ties into the legal action.

it’s costing me lost revenue and adding mental fatigue.
