I certainly didn't mean to offend by referring to wholesalers as middle men and I totally agree with paying people for their work.

The meetings usually turn into a few grumpy old men complaining about tenants, and a few other folks bragging about all of their properties. 

Ask your friends (and BP of course) for:Electricians, Plumbers, Handy-men/women, contractors, etcReal estate agents, property managers, etcAttorneys, CPAsWith the CPA, make sure you are comfortable with the person. 

I know this because for years wives have been calling me to get men out and telling me, they made the stories up. 

Now, most men would spring to their feet, leap for their car and set a land speed record on the way home, knowing full-well that “us time” is about to be non-existent in a week or two once the bun is out of the oven.

These auctions have a room full of men and women that have already appraised every house being auctioned and know exactly what they are worth.

I've confirmed tonight that 3 homeless men are hanging out in this area as there are small trees and brush that give some cover from the weather.

I am also having a Meet Up next Tuesday, men and ladies are invited.

I mean, EVERYTHING THAT THESE 3 MEN SAID WAS SO ON POINT and they gave it to you the information for FREE.
