This guy's name (Mario Cotto) came up as a red flag at our meeting last month.

Because of illiquidity and the fact that it was in default and a foreclosure sale was scheduled, it was valued at $21K.

I'd love to attend these meetings. 

We went back to the first offer and let him know that if he wanted to meet the second offer, then we would sell it to him.

They have other nice benefits also such as not charging for appraisals if the deal doesn’t close, a great reputation amongst local listing agents with meeting deadlines/ great customer service/ getting the job done with no b.s. and they can often close in under 14 days.
