I would also have a 2nd person with you for all interactions, as a witness.

We have to have something that can keep us focused in order to learn like something interactive or something that can keep us focused.

I'm a new investor and my first interaction with a wholesaler gave me a very bad taste, but helped me learn what to look for in a property.

I guess my people are spoiled.Because it's such an easy fix for me, I'd take care of it, see their unit, interact with them and know going forward if education is needed about what not to put down the drain.

Either way it's nice to interact with people, and you never know what might come around.

I haven't interacted with too many yet, but so far they seem to want an LLC.

Do you want to become skilled at scouting new restaurant locations and growing your portfolio of restaurants, or do you want to become skilled at making Cold Cut Combos and interacting with hungry customers?

Adding to this I would say start interacting with other investors that are doing what you want to do.
