Members are expected to be active in this group in order to support other members, so inactivity longer than 2 weeks will result in a member being let out the group. 

How could this person legally sell their property at time of closing when the LLC is inactive? 

I've spent a lot of money on gurus and was an inactive BP member for a year before I paid for Pro.

I got my brokers license some time ago, but my license is inactive at this time.

My concern is that I have no interest in actively participating in management or upkeep of the property and lack expertise in this space.  

There is a slight increase in active listings at the end of each month and an increase in new listings (markers of an increasing supply).

I’m going to add that I’m also saying you can lose more money with inaction than action.

Have you been able to see any printers in action?  

We have owned the company for close to 20 years but had been mostly inactive since the 2008 crash.

Before I jump in without doing any due diligence, I would really enjoy tagging along with someone who flips homes or uses the BRRRR strategy so I could get a better understanding of these methods in action.
