Hello all!

I have been following the BP podcast and forum for over a year and decided to take the plunge and join. My wife and I own a Real Estate Brokerage and Management firm in Chicago. We have owned the company for close to 20 years but had been mostly inactive since the 2008 crash. Just before the crash, I started coaching and my wife went into corporate. I got back into the business after working as a PM and AQ. Manager for an out of state investor. Since then we have built a nice portfolio of managed properties for out of state investors. I love everything about RE and RE investing. I look forward to learning from everyone and being a part of the conversation. Talk to you soon!
