Our (state and city both have the same expiration date) eviction moratorium is set to expire at month end but 1) I expect it to be extended 2) even if it is not extended, there is likely to be a backlog of evictions.Basically, I want as much confidence that our new tenant has been paying their rent and is not taking advantage of any foreclosure moratorium.Good luck and stay healthy.
