That was too easy to game so we had to put some logic in place to negate that.

@Chris StevensonI was so glad I spent that $10,000+ on a real estate guru said no one ever (unless they are a paid sponsor / affiliate).

I would also suggest reviewing credentials...50% of the PM firms in the city are not licensed brokers or agents affiliated with brokers....and most of the agents that claim to manage are focused on residential sales...not a great fit.

BUT luck does hit if you keep your ores in the water, stay in the game. 

Someone reached out to me who I thought was a buyer, ended up being someone who was just trying to get in the game.

I am most interested in STR as I love the idea of active management and playing the hospitality game.
