Are you trying to gain cohosting clients?

They're starting to throw their houses up for sale because of all the equity they've gained and many are moving to other states so they can actually get insurance on the new homes.

I lived in Toronto for a couple of years, and the real estate there is quite funky.Making the trip and meeting people in person will be worth its weight in gold...GREAT CALL on that.We work solely in Chicago as a general contractor...for now. 

Can local investors in Real estate still gain returns that change family history?

Now I am trying to decide to sell (take the long term cap gains hit) versus a 1031 exchange (never done one) or just relist it. 

They are worth their weight in gold.They actually specialize in smaller multi family in the Lehigh Valley so their business is built around the model.

when you do a 1031 exchange you are able to rid yourself of the property without paying capital gains at the time of sale.

I'm pretty new to the real estate investing game but obviously looking to gain the skill and knowledge to eventually build an empire. :)I am a clean, quiet, and respectful person and looking for the same while rooming together for these few days.I live in Vegas but originally from SoCal.

This is like $1300 gains vs $800.
