We don't understand why technology companies like yours who suppose to have live updates would end up having delayed and inaccurate information than our manual check.

The reason I did it is because I live in an area of the country that was exploding in 2016 and when you don't have to pay any capital gains on real estate inside a SDIRA that is a huge deal.
