My career has taken me all around the country over the past several years and I couldn’t have been more fortunate to have the opportunities that I have.

I was fortunate that I was able to convince 16 agents from the brokerage I used to be under and im now in the process of recruiting and redoing the marketing  for the team.

Not that they don't exist and "fortunately" the Sacto area still has some volume.

I’m fortunate to work with a local Agent that is just incredible, all our transactions have been smooth and on-time, not a single issue.

I have so many questions about REI and feel really fortunate to be able and tap into all the help here. 

Thanks to a few meet ups and the fantastic podcasts/webinars on BP, we're "all in" these days for real estate to be a major wealth generating opportunity for us long term.Thus far, we've been VERY fortunate with our renters, because we spend quite a bit of time vetting them to the very best of our ability.

So my goal is to learn the market, find good investments, so I can also build my own fortune, and also invest some of my father's. 

Fortunately most of my guests seem to have the same mindset.
