Hi all,I'm a new small-time landlord figuring out my process for screening tenants for an apartment in Chicago.

And once in a while I see an appraisal that is just flat-out wrong, but it is always hard to get an appraiser to admit their mistake, it has to be pretty obvious. 

They can’t spend $5,000 per month on marketing, pay $1500 for a professional web presence, pay $600 monthly for SEO; or afford to pay VAs to screen responses.
