And if their talking about a 30 suiter going for a million that their buying, then compliment them on it and be enthusiastic for them so that you come across as friendly but then say “ya I was just looking at a small high rise that I'm thinking about, the cash flow is pretty good, just trying to decide if I should invest in X (major city).”

Hi @Kris Bano even as an investor, agent and just overall Real Estate enthusiast here in San Diego, if I was in your position, I would not focus on buying any real estate and focus on building your business as you will have much better returns and growth in doing that....I think real estate will make more sense for you once you have the business established and you are looking for a place to put your excess funds/profits.I'm always for real estate over any other investment other than starting or growing a business.Good luck!

We are just enthusiastic about different things in this area as @Stewart Wyne  illustrates.

So I decided to try out Bigger Pockets because it has such a great reputation in the industry for being a fantastic source of knowledge and a place to connect with fellow real estate enthusiasts.

I did have some interested parties in the past but I was never enthusiastic about them.

Naturally we are not enthusiastic to paint units in one-off colour schemes.Usually once or twice a year we get a tenant who asks to paint a room (usually a bedroom) or, occasionally, most of the unit, colours of their choosing.
