Even when showing all listings that an agent thinks his client may be interested in, the agents attitude, enthusiasm, etc. can help steer the client to a basically equal listing that is more financially advantageous to the selling agent.Bill

Right now, I think that will limit you. 25k per year, plus cashflow will make it very difficult to get to 50 units in 5 years, especially using traditional financing options.Hopefully, I'll get to meet you Dec 11, I like your enthusiasm.
