Don't do it, it's a scam.

I thought I was all set with loan forgiveness based on the original loan origination date, but then I learned that because I consolidated loans a few years after graduating to take advantage of lower rates, the clock restarted.I also learned that the "income based" repayment program is a scam. 

I'm certain someone has encountered this before. 

I want to be careful. that being said...Have any of you encountered this and made the decision to take a building out of your LLC to qualify for this better financing?

The only issues you will encounter is when large banks (or some auction services) require "cash buyers only".   

I will look for real estate meet ups on meetups, however most of those things i think are scams by people just teaching you "their" method and you have to buy in.

Being a professional flipper in America’s number one real estate market (48 house done to be exact)  and coming acrossed the many ppl that I’ve encountered that were slighted or feel slighted in the industry by these teachings, I just wonder if I can do good to anyone by teaching the honest brutal truth about how hard it actually is to become a mugel Flipper.?

There are so many free resources and it really is disappointing to me that people try to get new investors to pay for what is in my eyes a scam.
