The 1st floor has a living, dining, kitchen, full bathroom.

Will there also be a kitchen, indoor dining area, and living room like area? 

However, I have a townhome with an existing laminate flooring on the first floor living/dining area with the staircase and the upstairs bedrooms in carpet. 

There is also a large open space between the living room and one of the bedrooms that would be a great kitchen/dining room area.
