The proof is always in the pudding...and now days proof of one's success is never asked for or offered, hence the reason newbies fail within 90 days and move on to the next distraction (business endeavor) in their life. 

So maybe the assistant was distracted that day and plugged in bad rehab numbers.

I definitely have a calendar in which I block out time for any distractions to do the data importing, checking financials and searching properties.

I always assumed that the newbies who don't take action get distracted by another shiny object and forget about this site.

Building homes is hard enough, but doing it in a disaster area with a lot of unknowns would be a major distraction. 

I’ll look into making sure my video and audio are quality so that it doesn’t distract from the content.
