You are able to complete the project and sell the home, but do to your inexperience, or inexperience of your subcontractors, there is a large defect that isn't discovered until your buyers are living in the home. 

I personally don't like being bound by the restrictions of an old home - discovering all sorts of surprises behind the walls.

Hi,Listening to some of the podcasts and reading the blog, I keep feeling this inner red flag that keeps popping up in me.

After doing some internet research this is pretty close to what I have discovered. 

A $150 rate is not cheap after adding on a $160 cleaning fee and 10-20% platform fee.Vacationers like full upfront disclosure of costs vs having to muddle thru discovering all extra fees and charges.
