I'm about to start a double flip so my exercise regimen and diet always suffers.

Drug dealers, hookers, and illegal immigrants would all have to pay taxes too.As far as deductions go, every household would get a direct deposit at the beginning of the month to cover this.

What other business allows you to meet drug addicts, liars, deadbeats and other wonderful people on a daily basis!

My biggest concern is eating the left overs fast enough to get back to a normal diet next week.  

I've done cash for keys only once--to get an apartment back from a tenant who had been robbed due to drug activity.

Beyond the new stadium and whatever becomes of the GA Dome, you have an area with entrenched crime, drugs and general nastiness.  

You do not live in fear of having a fire any more than you do now.They will fight, they will move in girl/boy friends, do drugs, drink, not pay, make noise, not clean up, etc. or they may be perfect angles. 

Unfortunately with this property I "inherited" a slow-paying tenant, an eviction where the tenant waited until the last minute to move out, followed by the realization that the property was a drug house, 40 man hours of cleanup... then the two break-ins.  

I’d he’s dealing drugs, that’s a totally different issue.

Selling the houses gets you there fast, but is little better than a crash diet and doesn't address the underlying issues.
