We use Quickbooks desktop and know that we may need to run these systems separately instead of integrating because we hesitate to move to Quickbooks online due to our accountants recommendation.

I keep a "to file" folder on my desktop and send all the receipts there until I get enough to warrant some time to go ahead and put them in their respective folders which I share via Dropbox.

I don't think BOA is going to lend me over 10 mortgages as they are using FannieMae Desktop Underwriter software probably.

@Jamie Wooley A desktop appraisal is a "soft" appraisal of the property where the appraiser doesn't visit the property in person, but they perform all other aspects.
