I have a 5/2.5 house that is close to Tyndall and was debating on renting to single family or possibly renting out rooms individually to single enlisted members(almost like college housing).

Since you are just graduating college you may already realize that it's not what you know, but who you know (as a personal note, I had college friends that were barely passing their classes however they ended up with really good paying jobs due to "who they knew").

I just finished university with a degree in Economics (23yo now).

I get frustrated because most people a) don't stick with this and try to learn it... trust me its easier than first year college physics... but it will take you a few times to get it and after networking with real people doing this or b) they say its seems risky and listen to their lazy/ignorant CPA who by the way has been stuck in they same occupation for 20-30 years... why would you want to take financial advice from someone who is not financially free. 

To a degree I lucked into the 2 buildings so my biggest question is the title.

Hi I'm currently a student in college studying Mechanical Engineering and a friend and I are looking to invest in Real Estate once we graduate in May.

This isn't like having to pay for a college degree or some certificate.  

I am 21 years old and currently playing baseball at a D1 college.

I actively pursued personal growth by enrolling in college and graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University (January 2025).
