Collaboration.

We're putting this out there to connect with anyone in our area or abroad who may also be in the early phases of investing, and of course as well with those with some more experience who would be up for discussion and/or collaboration.  

Going into my senior year I became interested in stock options trading, learning and collaborating with a couple friends along the way.

Whether you use desktop or online, in my opinion, depends on the amount of collaboration you desire with others and if you prefer to be location independent (the online version can be accessed from anywhere & shared with a bookkeeper or CPA).  

Definitely would love to collaborate!

At the end of the night a deal was presented by the guest speaker in collaboration with the Hard money Lender.

Or you can let them put up the money and you do the work under their guidance.There are lots of ways to collaborate with and learn from others.

@Bruce Runn I agree with you 100% on the issue of mitigating non-payment of rent in a collaborative way.  

Such as willfully collaborating with the contractor to avoid declaring income?
