Breaking up the relationship with an unresponsive broker is not fun, but necessary.

@Nathan Story welcome to BP.One of my big beliefs is that you need to know 1 how to evaluate deals and 2 know your specific market. lots of new investors spend time learning the "Strategies" while that is fun and exciting what gives you the confidence to move forward is truly understanding how to evaluate deals and knowing what they are worth in your marketplace.

We are still collecting chips rolls after rolls of dice in a red hot casino crap table.

Jon Lee's outback group is always fun, there are a few other official ones and a few casual meetups as well.

But that doesn't matter as I do this for fun and to hopefully help the reasonable common sense investors make more money.Maybe I should take my act on the road and do seminars on Real Estate Investing Strategies, you think I would do well?  

I have 15 pieces, totalling about 2 acres , so, I think it's worth it and fun to go over everything and see what I'll find (beyond all of those damn nails and screws from renovations - lol  )

What comes next , you get to rent to tenants , thats where the fun begins .

Anyway, it sounds like awful pain to me, 3 am phone calls, destroyed units, and lots more fun.
