Drop box is cool, but I gravitated towards Google docs because of the way you're able to share and collaborate in real time, and the threaded comment feature.I'm also a very visual person, so I got creative with the formatting to have cells change color if I missed an appointment, or prompt me to make a new appointment.I still use this for all of my RE leads, but when this new marketing business sprung up under my feet, I had to find something different.

I am currently a flooring contractor and to be honest if I could go full time land lord tomorrow I would do it.Extremely long story made extremely short, had leukemia a couple times and a stem cell transplant and my body can't take the flooring thing to much longer.

If you look at their nano bot project and Ray Kurzweil's predictions, you will see that we are roughly 10 years away from curing cancer/old age with nano bots.Overall, I believe that the boomers are already causing a shortage of supply which is already a large driver in the market.
