Crowdfunding is one of the most abused, misused and misunderstood terms out there, today.The big change between the old rules and the new rules is the lift on the ban of general solicitation.

Not that the ban will probably have much of an effect; she can probably work under someone else's license for PM or RE. 

If so, ban tenants with green cars....car color is not a protected class....of course Im being ridiculous but the point is that you can deny someone for ANY reason that is not protected under law.  

I saw on my neighborhood blog regarding proposed legislation regarding screening for residential properties.See the announcement below from Ward 5 Councilmember McDuffie.Does this “ban to box” bill impact Bates area landlords who rent out their basements?

Ask them if they've ever been thrown out of a meeting venue for having loud altercations (true story, they were banned from the library for fighting and screaming).

Getting a license after your city has banned vacation rentals, will be much harder. 

It has been reported to the MUD board and I know that the MUD attorney is looking into the matter to see if short term rentals can be regulated or banned.

We've been working in several resident owned MH communities throughout the Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Thousand Palms, 29 Palms, Desert Hot Springs, Indio, Banning, Beaumont, Hemet, Parris and Moreno Valley areas for the past few decades.However, we only work in "RESIDENT OWNED MH COMMUNITIES" i.e. condo and/or sub division conversions, Planned Unit Developments (PUDS) and private lot/parcel placements of MH's.
