And he just signed with a new brokerage firm at the end of last year but I didn't think that changed anything.My question is, I don't see anywhere in the listing agreement or Management Agreement by the new broker about having to use my property manager to sell my apartments?  

Let’s say hypothetically I were to buy in to a real estate brokerage as a partner - would the easiest thing to do be to set up an LLC and have the two members be 50/50 partners?

These concerns include, but are not limited to;A) Your LLC may be required by the local Board to obtain a brokerage license pursuant to Virginia Code §54.1-2106.1.

If they answer no to both, they are trying to middle man deals illegally in violation of FL brokerage laws.

I recommend you interview with as many brokerages as possible, so you can really understand what's out there. 

Senario-- I own a brokerage with 8 agents and I also still personally do residential sales.
