You don't get actual access to the card... you get access to the boost it gives your credit by being listed as an authorized user.

If so, if your buyer agrees, ask the insurer to authorize a new policy be issued to the buyer with an exception and affirmative coverage over the lien, to be removed when the lien is extinguished. 

Get an authorization to speak to the lenders from the borrower and contact the lenders.

Section 8 can be a very smart play, but it's not great for first-time investors who are not planning (and have the resources) to continue the play to understand and perfect the obligations and to ensure the best renters.
