It's in the same complex where we have two other units - offering on this one was a no brainer for us and we called our agent and had him put an offer in, sight unseen.

Or you should need to expect to put money down at the beginning and then refinance the deal in a year or two to pull it all out again, at which point in time it becomes a no money down deal, but it wasn't so start.
