I don't know why most people don't promptly (within the same day) pick up after their dogs, but they don't.It was especially annoying as a renter...I didn't even have a dog at the time...but occasionally had to pick up after the other renter's dog because there were feces all over the backyard.

It's very annoying to the other employees, and it really starts killing morale.  

Annoys the hell out of the wife though.

The constant complaining is so annoying to hear. 

In my opinion I never have...I have made offers <10% of the asking price on MLS properties and told people asking over $100K for a place that they would have to pay me to take it, but still wouldn't call anything a low ball.I find the term annoying as it is just used to mean offering a lot less than the seller wants, without any regard to the VALUE of the property.I look at a property and what value I think it has to me.  

Annoyed (before the deposit check arrived), I relisted the place a few days back and have several hits worth pursuing.

Anything potentially noisy or otherwise annoying nearby - airport, train tracks, Interstate, big factory, sports stadium, race track, etc?

I don't do it every single time though, as I don't want to annoy any of my friends.
