You have be EPA licensed to legally install a/c units and since the equipment is so expensive you really don't want an amateur doing that work.

So yeah, I will leave my passion for pizza unadulterated by worldly standards and keep it to a strictly avid amateur until I retire. at that point, I might start a local pizza place just to have something to do, but not care whether I make money or not and do it to break even and have people smile and groan about my pizza.

If prices drop, they have all the equity in the world to throw away at their discretion for a quick sale.It's completely unnatural and absurd that any industry be so heavily supported by amateur part timers that think they can be real estate moguls in their evenings and weekends.
