Being a real estate agent is not something you can approach casually and hope to start receiving "capital" if you actually want to make money you have to go balls to the wall and create a full blown business (which is what I'm doing right now, actually still waiting to take my RE test, this is just what I've observed).

For example, that home did not have washer/drier, refrigerator etc and has wall cooling (a couple of them have to be replaced) and few minor replacements and siding needs little work as well.Any suggestion would be helpful.Regards,Prabodh

But that makes the sizes of them difficult to make homes, so you remove walls, which makes the engineers cringe......You've probably heard all this before from more reputable and authoritative sources than myself, so I won't be long-winded, and I definitely won't be a naysayer.
