At least not for me.Mexico, DR, CR and Colombia are extremely good as they attract tons of tourism in a lot of areas such as experiences, alternative tourism and nature with good logistics and structure.Panama (my country) is behind on logistics and structure, it is messy beyond the America´s Bridge yet also the best chance to actually feel "Nomadic" - Panama City is about certain areas such as Casco, Clayton and little by little San Francisco.

Also a lot of run-off tourism from New Braunfels in tubing season.

In the summer you've got the tourism, there is (was) a boy scout camp there.  

Lots of areas experiencing growth down there, tourism is strong and foreign ownership laws are favorable. 

But Montenegro is up and coming, friendly to foreign investors, high tourism, low tax, and is on track to join the EU in the next five years.

Tourism (vacation destination market), 2nd fastest growing county in the US (appreciation), drivable from major cities like Charlotte and Atlanta.
