I have been told to use Baselane so that they can ACH transfer for free, and that baselane also gives me 4.5% APR for my money saved there (i.e. security deposits, etc.)However, I don't like Baselane's withdrawal limits, and also how long it would take for baselane to transfer money to my primary checking accounts, at JP Morgan.

So if I setup an LLC, setup a self directed 401k, transfer money from traditional IRA into the 401k, use that to take out a 401k loan of $50k, how does that work with crossing streams and tax conflicts? 

i brought a property at foreclosure and deed was transferred on my name.

If I do that and title doesn't transfer for at least another year, does this meet the 2 year rule?

When you shift in and out of properties you pay fees for commissions, loan origination, transfer taxes, etc. which will silently eat into your gains.

I would recommend buying new properties in single purpose LLCs - if you transfer them now you would trigger a transfer tax event unless you put them into a land trust.

They'll all be held by another WI LLC (by transferring my NV holding LLC to WI).
