I was ready tobuy a brand new home here on LI waaaaay back when I was only 19, the mortage payments would`ve been only $180 a month, and the-then price of the home (Shelter Technology`s top-of-the-line model) was $28,990including land, with a choice of basement or garage, and would`ve beennot only completely paid off by now, but would now be worth approx 10X the original purchase price, even in the present down market.

Clearly it is going to be the way as the technology moves more and more to online interactions.I am a fan of having some drinks with a client.

Is there a leak detector that can send a text message using cellular technology?

As far as rentals, if you had drone pictures and/or footage, I think it might say something to the renters that you as a landlord care about your property, are in touch with new technology, and care about your image/brand.  

I have no idea what future guideline changes will bring, but now there is the technological ability to actually exclude those debts, should it ever be decided by the powers that be that this would be a good idea, because the trended data is right there on the credit report (actually started appearing, in my office, a few months ago).

With today's technology we're able to work very efficiently remotely and save time on the commute.

You are comparing 1M MSA in Columbus to 5M MSA in Phoenix to NY...Milken is good, bit hyper-focused on technology, which may not provide enough flavor about the other sectors.Ultimately, here we are.

Today's technology allows you to specify up to 1 million individual addresses to target per campaign. 

Maybe they're newer in this town and want to build a presence and utilize great technology to help save money compared to older PM's more established in their ways.
